The client is looking for:

1) A PM who can handle multiple small projects, or could possibly be part of a group of PMs handling specific project tracks on a big program.

Among the typical PM expertise for putting together schedules in MS Project, working to build good stakeholder relationships, and vendor management, we need a PM who has a very detailed orientation towards financial management.

2) A PM who is very experienced and can handle a medium size project on their own along with the typical PM expertise for putting together schedules in MS Project, working to build good stakeholder relationships, and multiple vendors management, we need a PM who has a very detailed orientation towards financial management. This PM has to be a self starter, independent and resourceful to problem solve issues.

Soft skills include an attitude that nothing is impossible and everything is feasible. This may seem weird but covers an attitude of optimism and enthusiasm to start and complete/launch projects.

Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program.

Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.

Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.

Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills.

Excellent analytical skills.

Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.

Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.

Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.

Experience Level: 8+ years of experience required.

Looking for someone who had experience in the Health Care pace, specifically in the area of delivering projects related to ACA, medicare, and understands the processes for updating Health Plans annually in IT systems(link removed)>

Education: BA/BS Degree or 4 years of additional experience required.
