This position is a temp to hire position that is responsible for Systems Administrator role in a manufacturing environment, which includes, but is not limited to, data management (backup and recovery), server and infrastructure maintenance, Active Directory and divisional group policy management, RACF Administration of accounts and security accesses, and basic divisional DHCP/DNS Management.

Meet Ticket SLA's (Service Level Agreements) by completing support tickets in a timely manner
Provides Level 2 and Level 3 Help Desk Support to local site employees and occasionally remote employees for the division
VM Ware ESXi (5.0) and VM Ware ESXi (7.0) experience
Active Directory Account, Organizational Unit and Group Policy Management Experience
Windows Server Experience (2003, 2008. 2012, 2016, 2019)
SCCM Deployment Package creation and management, along with container creation and management for the division
Data Backup and Recovery Experience. (Veeam Tape Management, FIFO Rotations, etc)
RACF Account Creation and Divisional Profile Management (Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance)
Participation in large-scale site projects in conjunction with EMOE Divisional IT Team
Strong interpersonal relationship skills, and working in conjunction with multiple Corporate Teams

1-2 Years of Level 2 or Level 3 Help Desk Support experience
Proficient in VMWare virtual server creation and management, Active Directory account, OU, and GP creation and management, SCCM package creation and deployment, DRP Experience, SOX Compliance knowledge.
Strong Organizational Skills is a must.
