Job Description
Hardware and software installation, configuration & troubleshooting and Networking experience
Monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services.
Responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users, ensure proper recording and closure of all issues and prepare accurate and timely reports.
Create, Maintain and Update all the IT help desk-related documents.
Responsible for allocation of Assets & Software to the users, maintaining Inventory files & records, keep track of all the assets for their movement & allocations.
Develop, execute and follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for user support.
Resolve helpdesk service calls using documented procedures.
