Title: IT Support Team Lead - Remote
Job description:
Provide hands-on team leadership and work tickets with the team as needed
Ensure quality of delivery to end clients and interact with service manager and clients on technical issues
Use ServiceNow ticketing system to track and resolve issues
Troubleshoot workstations, both hardware and software issues, in a Windows, Active Directory, Exchange environment
Manage vendor relationships and escalate issues as needed
Perform staff scheduling, performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions for the IT support team
Work with global teams in follow the sun model and facilitate shift handover process
Mandatory skills:
Experience in supervising/managing technical teams that are customer-facing
Experience in troubleshooting workstations, both hardware and software issues
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
Real time experience in a Windows, Active Directory, Exchange environment
Certifications/Licensing: A plus: MCP, MCSE, A+, Network+, ITIL certifications are favorable
Proven ability to support customer facing technology with a high degree of customer service
