We are actively seeking an IT Support Technician. The responsibilities of this position include responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations. Ultimately, a good IT Support Tech should be able to display excellent problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge of IT solutions.


In this role daily, you will provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate. You will need to resolve help desk issues including fixing hardware and software issues. You will also perform user administration duties.
Type: W2 contract to hire
Location: Fort Worth (hybrid)


Desired Skills



  • Superb communication and the skills to interact with end users in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Knowledge of ticketing software.

  • Good general knowledge of common hardware, apps, software and operating systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

  • Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.

  • Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.

  • Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.

  • Experience with ticket software
