We are looking for an IT Support to join the company in Atlanta, GA. As an IT Support for the IT team, you will ensure that the general Office infrastructure and systems meet business requirements, service levels, and are both reliable and secure. You will support and maintain the Production and R&D LAN and interconnections, assist the site IT Manager in the delivery of technical projects for internal customers in line with the IT strategy, and ensure the vendor and customer compliance of the implemented logical security controls with standards and security systems.
They will be required to wear a smock when walking the production floor No cell phones or apple watches are allowed on the production floor. They must be comfortbale leaving their phone at their desk for up to an hour at a time.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer networks and systems (implementation and support of servers and network infrastructure) Work closely with sub-contractors on technical support and projects Work closely with the Data Center teams on technical support issues and projects Make firewall change requests for the site Work on regional and corporate projects Recommend, design, and deliver improvements to the network and systems to meet changing demands and new technology Maintain a strict change control regime for all changes affecting the infrastructure in line with ITIL standards Maintain up-to-date technical documentation on the network including: network topology/diagrams, back-up and restore procedures, security procedures, operation/support procedures Promote company standards and strategies and ensure compliance Who will be a good fit:
Someone who worked for a company where they were responsible for IT helpdesk, firewalls, servers with hands on experience. This candidate will work onsite and report to the IT manager. They will need to wear closed toe shoes while on the production floor fixing the machines if they are not operating. They must have exerience with VMWare, ESX and SAN Technologies.
Skills: Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years' experience in IS/IT support
Broad understanding of a range of technologies and practical knowledge of information security Experience working in an international IT/IS organization Excellent knowledge of Windows and Networking REQUIRED: Experience working with VMWare, ESX and SAN technologies
