Must have a good skill base and a desire to learn!Responsibilities: Basic network troubleshooting, switching & routing Active directory moves adds and changes Windows Server troubleshooting & monitoring VPN onboarding and troubleshooting Internet circuit monitoring and troubleshooting WIFI troubleshooting Ticket system monitoring and follow up Hardware monitoring and troubleshooting VDI or SD-WAN knowledge would be a plus
