Analyze and maintain IT systems. Develop solutions, troubleshoot, and provide assistance with any computer system malfunctions. Advise management on improvements to IT systems, recommending hardware and software upgrades as appropriate. Develop computer-based systems for inventory control, data entry, etc. to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent business flow. Develop plans ensuring that systems are tested, error free, and meet stated requirements and specifications before implementations. Provide input and review of computer systems management, security, performance, monitoring, backup/recovery, and upgrade strategies.
