Position Description: Primary point of contact for Ivalua application technical integration issues Assist in maintaining the integrations to the established organization standards and procedures Responsible for working with the help desk to troubleshoot and answer integration related questions as a Level 2 Technical support Resolve, escalate and track technical integration tickets through to resolution Troubleshoot integration defects - report/ log major incidents on Ivalua Extranet and co-ordinate with Ivalua maintenance team to ensure timely response to incidents Administer Ivalua application including: -Maintain master data interfaces -Monitoring interface jobs and investigate issues/failures -Lead development activities for new system requirements and/or changes to the interfaces/integrations -Support testing of change requests, enhancements and new functionality related to interfaces/integrations -Manage release management, environment and upgrade activities with Ivalua -Coordinate integration/interface issue resolution/ testing of interfaces between Ivalua and other application(s) -Conduct adjustments/updates to any technical interfaces as needed This role will be more with API s and cloud based application configuration
Skills Required: Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL and programming and markup languages (XML, JavaScript etc.) Experience with database concepts, data models, data analysis, ETL development Knowledgeable in application programming interfaces Experience with Release Management and system controls with cloud applications Defect Testing, Tracking and Management, Test Planning & Management Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel - Demonstrated ability to produce and edit documentation: (e.g. wireframes/ mockups/ prototypes/ report design etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to take initiative, prioritize duties, problem solve, work independently and within a team environment, pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, do appropriate follow-up At least 4 years of experience as an application/system administrator for a cloud-based procurement application with strong business acumen In Depth knowledge of Ivalua P2P solution, experience of implementing P2P systems, including experience with: o Release Management and system controls with cloud applications o Defect Testing, Tracking and Management, Test Planning & Management o Supplier enablement/on-boarding o Development of new security roles, user profiles, permissions/authorizations, policies o Design and configure process workflows incorporating approvals and alerts o Develop/modify ad-hoc and standard system reports and deliverables o Configuration activities and coordinating new system requirements and/or configuration changes in the application o Configuring and testing of change requests, enhancements and new functionality o Produce and maintain test plans for user acceptance testing for new functionality and defect resolution; regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases o Coordinate punch out and catalog updates
Skills Preferred: Previous experience with procurement and/or purchasing, cost accounting, budgeting IT applications CGI Advantage knowledge for API integrations Knowledge of IT application security and workflows configurations Postman API software is a huge plus that would highly assist with filling this position.

Additional Information: -Video interviews will be conducted followed by in person interviews for those selected. -This is currently budgeted for 6 months as of now and will be extended as needed and the goal is to convert to the merit system. This position does not offer sponsorship. Salary range - XXX7,320.00 - XXX,712.80 -Position will be full time, onsite in Montgomery, AL.
