**This position is based onsite in Tulsa, OK.**A bit about usPatchRx is on a mission to fundamentally improve the patient experience with taking prescription medication. Were happy youre here, we look forward to meeting you!Your responsibilities Provide technical support to organization: Communication via phone, online, and/or in person Prioritize tickets by affected users, SLA, and business impact Resolve issues and requests via ticket system in timely manner Contribute to updating internal support docs Provide updates to other technical staff on issue resolution Assist with new, remote employee onboarding and support: User creation, deactivation, and password resets New PC deployments and MDM setup Assist in maintaining asset management records Performs maintenance and updates: Microsoft Windows / MacOS Network configuration Peripheral and embedded device updates Diagnose and resolve user or system issues including: Wi-Fi/WAN/LAN network connectivity issues in a variety of user environments Peripherals Monitors, mouse, keyboard, tablets Business telecom/VOIP VPN and Remote Desktop Anti-Virus, Malware Multi-Factor Authentication Identify and escalate browser and web app issues Diagnose system issues including: Digging into logs and data to identify outages Monitor dashboards to assist in identifying faults Assist engineering team in identifying root causes RequirementsMust haves: Excellent organizational skills Clear verbal and written communication Familiarity with bug-tracking / ticketing systems +1 years experience supporting remote workforce and remote troubleshooting Working knowledge of Windows, MacOS Good understanding of networking concepts, including bluetooth Basic knowledge of security best practices Experience with Google Workspace Experience setting up/troubleshooting VOIP or telephony apps, e.g. DialPad or RingCentral Nice to haves: Prior healthcare experience Experience supporting embedded devices Mobile device (iOS) support Scripting, SQL, or other coding skills Knowledge of AWS Additional IT certifications BenefitsYoull love working at PatchRx because...We explore.
