You will be working to:




  • Work with users to provide solutions to technical problems

  • Troubleshoot and identify common issues with the platform

  • Working with users to solve real-time problems



 



Requirements to be successful:




  • Good communication and critical thinking skills

  • 2-5 years of experience being in a tech support customer facing role

  • Knowledge in networking, office 365, windows 7/10 support, outlook 2013/2016

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and repair PC and MAC workstations, mobile devices, and related equipment.

  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail

  • Great problem- solving skills

  • Passion for technology and people
