Required Skills/Experience:
This roles requires lot of physical movement between buildings, unpacking, packing and shipping etc Candidate should have basic experience in windows/Linux to do imaging, changing drivers etc..
What you will do
Provide onsite support for new hire setups which includes equipment preparations, drive installation, system cleaning and imaging
Moving monitor, desktop and laptop boxes (Weight varying from 10-55Lbs
Unboxing monitor, desktop and laptop boxes
Imaging laptops/desktops
Packing backpacks with peripherals and laptops for all regular and intern hires
Move across buildings to deliver backpacks and other shipment
Helping with inventory count on equipment
Helping with term equipment recovery
Replacing HD drives in laptops
What we need to see:
1+ year experience supporting Windows environments
Experience in doing desktop/laptop imaging
Experience in handling the physical movements of laptops, desktops & Shipping
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and in a team environment
