About Us: At Chevron Stations Inc (CSI), we are dedicated to providing gasoline and convenience products at our retail stations. We value safety, teamwork, and a positive work attitude. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.

Job Expectations:

  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards coworkers, customers, vendors, and the community.
  • Adhere to CSI image standards by maintaining a neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Follow safety, security, and quality guidelines, as well as CSI policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of yourself, coworkers, and others by utilizing the CSI Loss Prevention process.
  • Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures to maintain food safety hygiene.
  • Comply with federal law and company standards for carding customers for age-restricted products.
  • Work professionally with vendors and contractors.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is expected.
  • Follow proper kitchen and sanitation procedures during cooking of KKC products.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking customers.
  • Conduct accurate and safe point-of-sale transactions.
  • Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Clean the indoor and outdoor facilities regularly.
  • Prepare and manage food and beverage products.
  • Promote store specials and marketing programs.
  • Cross-check the price of delivered goods for accuracy.
  • Distribute goods throughout the store and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Follow local law requirements for fueling vehicles.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Availability to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Required valid food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
  • Preferred cooking/restaurant experience.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands Include:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time on various surfaces.
  • Ability to bend, lift, push, and move products using proper lifting techniques.
  • Constant standing, bending, and reaching for Krispy Krunchy Chicken procedures.
  • Safe operation of equipment with high temperatures.
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions and cold environments.
  • Handwashing and attention to personal cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old for positions in California and Oregon.
  • Must be at least 21 years old for positions in Washington.

Compensation Range: $17.00 - $18.00
