Implementation and Support Data Analyst You will provide analytical support to the Client Implementation and related teams, frequently interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. This role takes the lead in maintaining related documentation including development of guidance to support related teams. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Learns to use professional concepts and available resources. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
- Analyzes client data as well as statistics tied to application performance.
- Applies knowledge of client data to perform initial configurations.
- Assists Implementation Managers in researching issues and inconsistencies.
- Troubleshoots data related client issues.
- Interfaces with the development teams regularly.
- Supports rollout of new features and functionality to clients.
- Adheres to best practice when managing client data to preserve and improve data integrity and normalization.
- Generates reports as needed from multiple sources.
- Reports clear and concise description of issues with guidance to resolve when possible.
- Helps teams to identify workflow inefficiencies to improve delivery.
- Ensures accuracy of data and provides requested deliverables following defined policies and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: - Dynamic problem-solving skills, and an innate sense of curiosity.
- Intense desire to learn and improve at a rapid pace every day.
- The right candidate will also be proficient and experienced with the following tools/programs: Expertise with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytics or report writing tools.
- Ability to quickly learn additional platforms as needed.
- Working knowledge of data mining principles, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises, and cloud-based data sources.
Requirements Educational Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience in related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with large datasets and various reporting and/or querying tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or SQL. Analytics. Knowledge of industry standards recommended.
