Raptor is looking to add a Software Implementation Specialist (Professional Services Engineer) to our growing team. The Professional Services Engineer is a key position to support Raptor Technologies continued growth and expanding our market leading position by ensuring a successful implementation for our clients. As a Professional Services Engineer you will have the opportunity to work from home and will travel to client sites on an as needed basis (15-25% travel). Meeting with clients following the sale to collect data and other information required to customize software systems. Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems. Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval. Customizing software systems based on clients individual needs and specifications. Educating clients on how to use software systems and customized system features. Conduct virtual trainings for clients on our solution offerings. Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made. Installing customized software systems and all necessary components. Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones. Must Haves: Bachelors degree in a Business related or technical field. 1 year of relevant experience in a project management and customer centric role. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think technically. Strong soft skills are a must. Customer centric. Nice to Haves: K-12 software experience.
