Job Summary: As a Claris Companion Product Implementations Specialist with non-profit experience, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of our product within non-profit organizations (e.g. Meals on Wheels and Area Agency on Aging), county and state governments. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective deployment of Claris Companion. Your expertise in project management, on-boarding, and training of care organization staff will be instrumental in the continued growth of Claris Healthcare. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with care organizations to understand their unique needs, goals, and requirements for implementing Claris Companion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-profit clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing systems, workflows, and operational processes to identify opportunities for integration and optimization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Provide guidance and training to clients on the setup, configuration, and utilization of Claris Companion, ensuring a seamless transition and user adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Support, to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters when necessary.
- Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations to measure client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback for product enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare technology and non-profit operations.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5 plus years of equivalent practical experience.
- Process driven with proven experience in implementing projects within non-profit organizations and/or county governments, preferably in the healthcare or senior care sectors.
- 5 -7 years of Customer service experience preferably in the healthcare or senior care sectors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, deliver training, and effectively convey technical information.
- A deep understanding of non-profit, county, and/or state government service provider operations and the ability to navigate challenges specific to this sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
- Proficiency in healthcare technology systems and software applications.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
- Some limited travel may be required to client sites for on-site support and training.
- Remote work / work-from-home.
