We are currently looking for a full-time Care Manager with a whatever-it-takes, get-it-done, pro-active mindset to join our AMAZING team.

Requirements
Conduct Client quality-of-care site evaluations
Assist with hosting and teaching Caregiver orientation
Employee record maintenance, employee management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies
Assign and Track Training: Assign and track Caregiver initial and annual trainings
Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback through regular performance reviews.
Manage, coach, and provide ongoing support to employees
Coordinate Employee Events: Coordinate events such as Open House
Employee engagement and retention
Manage Unemployment and Workers Compensation Claims: Handle workers' compensation claims, including maintaining documents and corresponding with adjudicators.
Additional:
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and solution-focused problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn ClearCare software
Preferred (however, not required) degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, OR relevant experience in service, healthcare management, human resource, sales, or other corporate-level positions.
