Inbound Outbound Sales Associate needs 1+ years’ experience

Inbound Outbound Sales Associate requires:

Strong data entry and typing skills

Ability to use Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook and the internet effectively

handle high call volume and/or able to call on large quantities of clients daily

Understanding of customer service principles and practices

Eager to learn and develop mortgage knowledge in every area of the business

Self-starter and self-motivated to meet job expectation and goals



Inbound Outbound Sales Associate duties:

Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls

Sales and Communication.

Assign/transfer mortgage leads to correct Loan Officer

Able to handle high call volume and/or able to call on large quantities of clients daily
