Job Responsibilities:




  • Selling services via inbound calls; no cold calling; with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd close model

  • Handle inbound sales calls in a goal-oriented environment

  • Be an expert on Security by Reliant products and benefits and use that expertise to close sales

  • Identify customers’ needs and answer all of their questions

  • Prepare high-quality rate quotes and close the sale

  • Provide solutions that help make it easy for customers to buy a security system

  • Empathize with the customer and overcome objections

  • Follow-up with interested or eligible customers who did not buy on their first contact



Commissions:




  • This is a base pay plus commission position



Technical Skills:




  • Strong computer, typing and grammar skills

  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Must be dependable and a self-starter

  • Ability to work weekends and flexible work schedule

  • Must be comfortable working in fast passed sales and call center environment



Education/Experience:




  • College degree preferred but not required

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
