Job Responsibilities:
- Selling services via inbound calls; no cold calling; with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd close model
- Handle inbound sales calls in a goal-oriented environment
- Be an expert on Security by Reliant products and benefits and use that expertise to close sales
- Identify customers’ needs and answer all of their questions
- Prepare high-quality rate quotes and close the sale
- Provide solutions that help make it easy for customers to buy a security system
- Empathize with the customer and overcome objections
- Follow-up with interested or eligible customers who did not buy on their first contact
Commissions:
- This is a base pay plus commission position
Technical Skills:
- Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Must be dependable and a self-starter
- Ability to work weekends and flexible work schedule
- Must be comfortable working in fast passed sales and call center environment
Education/Experience:
- College degree preferred but not required
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
