Industrial Electrician - $28-30 per hour + OT - Industrial Products Manufacturing (Primary Metals Foundry, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Mining & Minerals, Oil & Gas Refinery) – Rotating Shift position - Responsibilities: Schedule and oversee reliability and electrical work of instrumentation & industrial controls (link removed) Assist in planning repairs and improvements in the plant electrical distribution system(link removed) Troubleshoot and maintain generator control systems and high voltage equipment, including transformers, breakers, disconnects, protective relaying, etc. Interface with (electricians, mechanics), and engineers(link removed) Monitor/control electrical spares inventory(link removed) Willing to work rotating shifts(link removed)>
2+ years of relevant work experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment such as (Primary Metals Foundry, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Mining & Minerals, Oil & Gas Refinery). Excellent troubleshooting skills and failure analysis. Knowledge of industrial power equipment & large HP motors. Electrical testing and measurement. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs. Industrial High Voltage Electrical Distribution experience. Excellent knowledge of OSHA NEC and National Electrical Safety Code standards. Experienced with CMMS and work order systems.
