Industrial Engineer (Binghamton, NY) - F/T. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications to test products for functionality & verify material standards. Execute specific Industrial procedures & methods on Documentation, Training Competency, Internal Audits, Shipping, & Management Review processes. Follow-up on closed CARs actions, Open NMRs & RMAs. Represent for ISO & 3rd party registrations. Perform audits on basis of ISO 9001 quality system. Perform Inspection & testing: Tensile testing, Hardness testing, Dimensional testing (both optical & digital). Utilize Lean tools & Statistics to analyze & create contrasted data of Industrial Production Systems. Work w/ purchasing to qualify, audit, approve, train & support a world-class supplier base for products & services. Implement, maintain, monitor & report metrics for suppliers, customers & internal processes & ensure effectiveness & maintenance thereof. Implement, maintain, monitor, report & continuously improve the quality system. 20% of travel w/in the USA & internationally to unanticipated sites to meet clients & suppliers. $ 91,875 per year.
