JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of production schedules, processes, specifications, and relevant data.
2. Devise production procedures aimed at optimizing efficiency while minimizing waste.
3. Engage in discussions with the Production Senior Manager concerning machine schedules and preparedness.
4. Collaborate in the facility layout design and workforce capacity planning.
5. Execute time studies and methodologies to represent labor standards and cost structures accurately.
6. Communicate with team members and supervisors on safety protocols and production objectives.
