A renowned Infertility Practice in Los Angeles County, California is seeking experienced Infertility/IVF Coordinators to join their dream team.

Previous experience in a Fertility/IVF setting required. Candidates with Medical Assistant Certifications, LVN and RN's will be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures and early pregnancy.
Educate patients for signs and symptoms of complications to procedures and medication.
Coordinates the completion of any necessary infertility diagnostic testing and creates a treatment calendar to assist patient in following the prescribed protocol.
Clearly document plan of care with attention to detail using an EMR system.
Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform phlebotomy.
Pre-Op patients for surgical procedures such as hysteroscopy, D & C, and egg retrievals.

Requirements:
Active California RN license or
Active LVN license or
Medical Assistant Certification
Previous IVF/Fertility experience i
Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday with rotation of weekends and holidays as needed

This role pays between $36 - $50 an hour, depending on licensure/certification (MA/LVN/RN). We also offer great benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.).
