INTERVIEWS ON FRIDAY/MONDAY 2 ROUND PROCESS

MUST HAVES:

INFOR, AND EITHER FIN (focused on FSM, WMS, Mobile Supply Chain workstreams) OR HCM (focused on GHR, WFM, Payroll workstreams - talent science, talent acquisition, and total rewards are a bonus

Manage the entire CFM (Corporate Functions Modernization) space

• Responsible for team members in DPS (IT) - 3 people each team right now
• Relationships w/ HR partners, Grant Thornton
• Driving our team for the tasks DPS (IT) is responsible for (timelines, who is responsible for what in that timeline)
• Integrations - be on deck and understanding this process, driving this process
• Active participants in meetings, driving conversations
• Exp w/ any 3rd party apps - how they integrate, not hands on keyboard
• HCM - iSIMS
• Expenses - concur
