• At a minimum, we are seeking a candidate with at least 10 to 12 years of advanced experience as an Informatica lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for Informatica developmental activities which will include reviewing mappings, workflow development, tuning for performance and durability and error handling/ resolution, support, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Informatica development and deployment services
• Developing and testing mappings/workflows staring with data design and requirements to delivering finished mappings in CDC and batch mode.
• Use requirements to create mappings, run mappings in appropriate workflow architecture, design tests, fine tune mappings and workflows in CDC and batch modes as needed for the situation.
• Develop & design processes/procedures for the following:
• Power Exchange Processes, PowerCenter Workflows, Error Detection, tracking and resolution, Batch handling, Error Reporting, Notifications.
• Performance Tuning shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Power Center configuration, configuration for Power Exchange Processes, Workflow configuration, Session configuration
• Experience in configuring and Administering Informatica servers and Power exchange tools on the environment
• Develop Proof of concepts for new business/technical requirements in Informatica with real time Change data capture, Error handling etc.
• Analyze the legacy, source application behavior, modify ETL logic for optimal OLTP performance.
• Analyze the source, intermediate, target data involved in synchronization to ensure ETL logic comply's with business rules.
• Work with data stewards, data architects, and perform the gap analysis on data sync business rule.
• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze data failures involved in synchronization.
• Work with Business Analysts, data stewards, and other associates to process the rejected records during data synchronization.
• Effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to data infrastructure.

In addition to Informatica experience candidates are required to have skills and experience in the following areas:

• Knowledge of Oracle databases
• Experience working in UNIX operating system
• Ability to work independently and to resolve complex Oracle issues
• Ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to data infrastructure
• Ability to write SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and Database Triggers
• Efficiently code SQL, PL/SQL Oracle Stored Procedures, Functions and import the objects to ETL logic to mitigate complex data sync issues
• Ability to Tune Oracle SQL and PL/SQL performance
• Experience in logical database design and data models
• Advanced experience with ETL and data transformation solutions
• Experience working with Batch Processing
