TQI Solutions is currently seeking an Information Assurance Analyst (Plans & Policy) ready to join our IT support services team. This position will provide support to our client located in Norfolk, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop information systems assurance programs and control guidelines in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the current approved DoD and DON Assessment and Authorization (A&A) standards.
- Develop, review, and advise on system Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), new/existing cybersecurity policies and instructions, A&A packages, and system security controls.
- Interface and respond to cybersecurity and A&A requirements from Echelon II/III commands, designated Navy Authorizing Officials (NAO), and designated Functional Authorizing Officials (FAO).
- Supported command cybersecurity inspections and audits including Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI) and Inspector General (IG) audits.
- Function as a member of the command Configuration Control Board (CCB).
General Assignments:
- Process access requests for enterprise, non-enterprise, and command-specific applications and maintains the command database of these records.
- Process token requests for new access, revokes, and re-issues.
- Process requests for database updates to the command application management system.
- Provide financial management including maintaining the cybersecurity budget, develop purchase requests, review requests for compliance and track requests using command provided applications.
- Develop cybersecurity digital media for command SharePoint site, plan of the week, and email campaigns to support cybersecurity awareness.
- Develop, review, and advise on DON and command cybersecurity programs, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must possess an active DoD Secret or higher-level security clearance to qualify.
- Minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience; may require annual training and continuing education for this position.
- Meet minimum credential requirements IAW DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8140.01, Cybersecurity Workforce Management, SECNAV 5239.2-M, Cyberspace Information Technology, and Cybersecurity Workforce Management and Qualification Manual.
