Duration: Contract


Rate: 17.50/hr on W2



Job Description:
Summary: The Information Center Analyst 1 provides system administrator support for Mortgage Servicing back-end applications, as well as letter fulfillment for batch letter print jobs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Add and maintain user access and system settings, ensuring security, and maintaining their configurations are within business and regulatory requirements/standards.
* Conduct User Entitlement Reviews to ensure compliance of required regulations.
* Support, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment and software applications.
* Use a ticketing system to work on and resolve support requests.
* Prepare and maintain quality system support documentation and procedures.
* Work closely with Application Risk Manager to ensure appropriate controls and audit logs are in place.
* Work closely with system vendors and application users to tune and troubleshoot system issues and communicate timely statuses of outstanding requests.
* Assist with planning, coordinating, testing, and communicating changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services with system vendors and business lines, ensuring business functions will operate correctly in current and future environments.
* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial printer and related software for the printing of batch letter jobs.
* Maintain inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines and letterhead.
* Troubleshoot issues with the printing machine and perform routine printer maintenance to ensure optimal functionality (i.e., load paper, change toner, and clear paper jams).
* Maintain a clean area around printing machinery.
* Monitor commercial printer to ensure batch jobs print without disruption.
* Inspect printer output for quality control and prepare letters for distribution to applicable operational areas.
* Occasionally work nights and/or weekends as needed to complete system updates/enhancements and resolve issues that must be done outside of normal business hours so as to not disrupt production.
* Perform backup; support disaster recovery/business continuity.

Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Experience documenting processes and procedures and translating them into workflows
* Self-thinker who takes initiative to work through issues independently escalating only when appropriate
* Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
* Outstanding attention to detail with superior time management and organizational skills
* Physically able to operate commercial printing machines
* Must be able to work with printer toner and large boxes of paper that may emit paper dust
* Able to bend or kneel frequently.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
