(Multiple positions available) Interpret regular vulnerability assessment/scan results to prioritize and drive remediation of detected vulnerabilities; Document and track identified risks from initiation through delivery and closure; Manage small projects through to closure, working with other departments as required; Log findings and remediation plans into GRC; Ensure activities are in alignment with the business objectives and risk management framework; Liaise with individuals and teams responsible for fixing the vulnerabilities; Explain highly-technical Cybersecurity concepts in a way non-technical staff can understand; Support Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) strategies and reporting; Lead meetings/discussions to collaborate on remediation and mitigation of identified vulnerabilities, while tracking and reporting progress, dates, and plans; and act as a subject matter expert on web and infrastructure vulnerability management. Work from home benefit available.
Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
2 years of experience as a Security Engineer, Cloud DevOps Developer/Engineer, or a related occupation. Requires experience with: building AWS CloudFormation templates for security applications (e.g. Tenable); Installing security applications in EC2 instances; Deploying AWS storage gateways for moving on-premises data to AWS; Writing Jenkins Build files to YAML format; Using: AWS EC2, AWS IAM, AWS CloudWatch, S3, Glaciers, and EBS volumes; Integrating Twist lock to Artifactory; and Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) and Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS).2 years of experience as a Security Engineer, Cloud DevOps Developer/Engineer, or a related occupation.
