Company is Currently seeking a hands-on, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Information Systems Manager to join an experienced and dedicated team.

Reporting to the CIO/CFO, the Information Systems Manager will manage the existing network and systems and deploy solutions to increase performance, reliability, and efficiency for our employee-owners. They will also manage the IT Support Administrator and assist with the IT Help Desk as needed for escalated issues.

The successful candidate will need to:

Manage the ERP software package, including custom programming, maintenance, support, and upgrades to ensure organizational goals are met.

Consult with management to identify problems, suggest changes or improvements, and estimate the cost and resources required.

Support the selection, purchase, implementation, usage, and maintenance of hardware and software.

Ensure the security of information systems, communication, and equipment.

Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.

Install, configure, and upgrade network printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software on Windows servers.

Provide users with PC and application support.
