Information Technology Project Manager

Job DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our full stack development projects in the cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the context of software development, along with proficiency in cloud technologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables. Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team. members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, translating them into clear and actionable specifications. Collaborate with development teams to define technical solutions and architectures that meet project requirements and align with best practices in full stack development and cloud computing. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality and performance standards. Coordinate testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate functionality and identify defects. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and diplomatic manner. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects in a cloud environment. Strong understanding of full stack development technologies, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python), and database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
