Role - Infra Cloud Computing Consultant/Consulting Location- AUSTIN, TEXAS (Day-1 onsite) Type :- FTE Primary skill - Windows SRE Secondary - Prod system monitoring ITRS/Splunk tool / Incident mgmt. 5 to 7 years of experience. JD Experience in supporting applications on Windows environment providing L1 and L2 support for troubleshooting, triaging and closing incident tickets. Strong customer engagement skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues. Oversee and manage the quick restoration of incidents and problem management. Real-Time troubleshooting of trading workflows and participate in on-call escalations during market and off hours. Experience in application performance monitoring tools preferably ITRS. Any Database knowledge - Oracle, SQL Server, Mongo DB. Experience with Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Agile Frameworks. Analyze statistics and incidents to develop and execute availability improvement plans. Foster Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset and solve problems through automation and innovation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop automation with .Net, JAVA, Bash, Python, PowerShell or Perl would be plus. Experience working in BFSI domain would be plus. Experience transitioning platforms to the cloud with knowledge of cloud frameworks would be plus.
