Job Description Role: Infrastructure Service Manager Location: US/Jersey City Who are we looking for? Technical Operations Engineer (Specializing in Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, and Mobile App Deployment) The candidate will have expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and Mobile App Deployment. The Technical Operations Engineer will be responsible for managing and deploying mobile applications, as well as ensuring the security and performance of our mobile devices. Technical Skills: The person should have sound knowledge and Hands on Experience on the following: - Deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, including updates and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that improve the performance and reliability of our mobile devices and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
- Experience in mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.
- Experience with mobile management platforms including Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with mobile device management tools, such as MobileIron, AirWatch, and Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of mobile app deployment tools, such as Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualification: - At least 10+ years of work experience in supporting Mobile Device Management and the O365 products
- Preferably Graduate with requisite work experience
