Job TitleInnovation Performance Director Job Description The Innovation Performance Management Director owns strategic dimensions of the Innovation Impact Model, overseeing the development and implementation of innovation performance management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives within Philips' Innovation & Strategy (I&S) organization. Reporting to the Head of Innovation Performance Management, this role involves driving insights for performance and efficiency improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring external benchmarking for strategic decision-making.
Your role:
In this key leadership role, you will contribute to a strong innovation performance management capability, owning strategic dimensions of the Innovation Impact Model across Strategy, People & Capabilities, Process & Technology, and/or Ecosystem.
You will facilitate strategic decision-making for the Board of Management, Businesses, and Business Units, collaborating with internal and external partners to secure strategic performance and benchmarking information.
Deliver significant impact & value to the business units, I&S organization, and the enterprise by shaping and co-creating opportunities for improvement and business cases.
Business partner to functions and expertise centers, for example Productivity Office, Strategy, HR, or Procurement.
As an integral part of the Innovation Performance team, you will drive and deliver insights for innovation performance and efficiency improvements, while effectively managing stakeholders and supporting Philips Innovation Impact Dialogues and I&S quarterly performance reviews.

You're the right fit if:
Experience: 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Innovation (preferably within a MedTech company). Proven success in managing large and complex projects and major programs.
Skills: Strong empathic leadership skills, results-driven mindset, change management expertise, and proficiency in performance management and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education: Master's degree in a related field.
