Artech is looking for an Inside Sales/Lead Qualifier for a Fortune 500 company in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role will focus on customer acquisition and involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals and web leads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients in Salesforce
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Create and manage sales campaign data
- Ensure timely distribution and accurate updates to qualify opportunities
- Work internally to develop and identify new sales prospects
Inside Sales Requirements and Qualifications:
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Proven track record of successful lead qualification
- 2-3 years selling experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor's Degree, experience working in large corporations and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred
