Inside Sales/Appointment Setters



YOOZY is a fast-growing, dynamic company in the Credit Card Processing Industry established in 2004 on a kitchen table. We are looking for a new Telephone Sales Representative that can serve as an expert to our potential clients, represent the company in a professional manner, and SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. This is not your typical sales opportunity. We are seeking people motivated by money and looking to grow with a growing company!



 



Job Details Listed Below:



YOOZY is seeking both English or Bilingual Appointment Setting Superstars that love being on the phone and can get the job done. We call and schedule appointments for our talented outside sales team.



Ideal candidates have worked in an outbound call center environment and can power dial the phone and produce results. Candidates must be motivated and have an infectiously positive attitude. You like to work on a team and have an extraordinary personality.



 



Here’s what’s in it for you:



• $22K-$27K/yr Depending on experience with bonuses and/or incentives can earn more



• No income caps or ceilings; the harder you work the more money you make



• Scheduling a minimum of only 3 appointments per day

• You are a W-2 employee earning $11-$13/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities



As one of our superstars, you will:



• Schedule a minimum of 15 sales appointments per week.



• Making cold calls daily.



• Keep the database updated.



• Provide supporting information to the outside sales consultants.



• Assist with other marketing efforts.



• Monday – Friday Schedule (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)



 



Qualifications



To be able to succeed on our team, you’ll need:



• Bilingual – English/Spanish



• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).



• 6 to 12 months of sales experience.



• 30 words per minute keyboard skills



• Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.



• Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
