The Right Candidate will be able to perform several competing responsibilities and incorporate an all-hands-on-deck mentality in a small office structure. Candidates with previous Retail, Sales, Customer Service or Management Experience are encouraged to apply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist candidates in the registration process Inputting/updating all of the candidates information certification, documents, contact information Will use recruiting sources (Internet Ads, Phone, Referrals, etc) to build a recruiting pool of candidates to fill pipelines according to office and company needs. Conduct phone screens of candidates Work with Recruiting Manager to develop and communicate recruitment plans for individual clients Responsible for management of all job positing through active and current job boards. Utilize Social Media outlets to drive candidate interest Required Skills/Abilities
Must possess strong attention to detail, excellent with numbers and accurate data entry Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and circumstances to determine the appropriate course of action Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skill, including the ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and display the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in company priorities Must possess time management and organization skills, including the ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills
