SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its client in c. The person will be responsible for proactively engaging with prospects and customers, managing leads, and fostering relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct prospecting calls using various resources.
Respond promptly to all incoming leads.
Promote and suggest additional offerings to customers and leadership.
Nurture and expand relationships with key customers.
Manage goals effectively, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
1+ year of experience in B2B sales.
Previous successful phone selling skills preferred.
General knowledge of the construction process and site services is a plus.
