We have partnered with a large Mining and Metals company in the San Jose, CA area to provide them with an Inside Sales Representative.

As the Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for making outbound calls to acquire new business, assist current and new customers with orders, serves as a liaison between customers and existing orders, while maintaining knowledge of key market and competitor trends.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
Communicate with customers in an efficient, timely manner Educate customers on products and their uses Make outbound calls to generate new business as well as follow-ups Work closely with Inside Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representatives, operations staff and customers Responsible for ensuring high quality of services and standards Review and confirm sales orders with customers to ensure accuracy Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Planning, Organizing, and Project Management skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
