Title Inside Sales Representative Duration- Fulltime/Part-time Client- HCF As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be required to fulfil a wide range of responsibilities throughout the Sales Process including Identifying Prospects, Qualifying Opportunities and all-round Sales Support until Closure. Your responsibilities will also include working with other functional teams and leveraging sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers in the Advanced Analytics space. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and BUILD a Sales Pipeline via Outbound Calling and E-Mail Campaigns.
- Qualify all sales Leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive Leads through the sales process by initiating Conference Calls.
- Coordinating multiple sales resources across the entire sales process from lead identification through post-sales support
- Adopt a consultative-selling approach, learning enough about a potential customer's Business, Budgets and Timelines.
- Engage with customer and understand short term and long-term business needs, send newsletters, email updates and tweets to customer database to maintain expert status.
- Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward Corporate Objectives.
Education Experience and Skills - 6 years' plus relevant experience working towards measurable target.
- Bachelor's/Associate Degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering or MIS.
- Experience in outbound calling and data gathering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Preferences: - Fundamental knowledge of Data Gathering, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
