Hybrid/Local Instructional Designer/Training Manager with CPI and CCWIS Experience

The Department of Children and Families ("Department") is contracting with ("Vendor") for Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services to work directly with the Office of Child and Family Well-being (OCFW) on a modernization project to replace the State's Child Welfare System. The CCWIS Implementation Trainer will implement training materials and information needed for Florida Abuse Hotline (Hotline) and Child Protective Investigative (CPI) teams to properly and effectively utilize a new technology system and migrate away from the legacy system currently in use.
In the first position, the Vendor will work with OCFW staff to design and develop training materials and information including training modules, user manuals, and other materials deemed necessary for effective organizational change management. The Vendor will work closely with regional training managers and training teams within local Sheriffs' offices.
In the second position, the Vendor will support all Department training-related initiatives as a change champion providing high quality communication and support to all levels of Department staff and stakeholders. This position will include implementation assistance, training, quality improvement, and administration.
The services requested in the following are procured in accordance with the Department of Management Services (DMS) State Term Contract (STC), entitled Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services, 80101507-22-STC-ITSA.
The Department will not contract with a Vendor that restricts the employment of its employees or Vendor(s) after conclusion or termination of a Department purchase order. By accepting this purchase order, the Vendor specifically agrees to this provision.
