Instructional Designer will be supporting a larger user community with specific focus on technologies and tools supporting business needs. Working closely with the technology and learning/development, the instructional designer will help assess training needs, provide guidance, and develop a comprehensive university-wide training strategy

• Development of curriculum and materials (job aids, videos, delivery).


• Experience designing and delivering training for technology and productivity tools.


• Strong Knowledge and experience with Training Portals and Learning Mgt Systems.


• Excellent communication (verbal, written), adapting effectively to various audiences.


• Design, creation and delivery of online, blended and instructor-led classroom training courses


• Develop content for learning and knowledge management systems.


• Conduct learning and business needs analysis.


• Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the course


• Demonstrated experience with common web and multimedia authoring tools (such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia) and knowledge of HTML typically required.
