Sunrise Acceptance, Inc., an affiliate of the Easy Auto Group, is seeking a full-time Insurance Administrator for our headquarters in Cleveland, TN. The Insurance Administrators job duties include preparing spreadsheets, scanning and updating insurance, maintaining and tracking insurance policies, updating internal systems with accurate insurance information, arranging insurance payments, setting up customer accounts, and other general office clerical duties. If you have great attention to detail, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, we want to speak with you! Requirements This candidate should be self-motivated, extremely detail oriented, and have knowledge of the overall clerical functions of an office environment. A professional demeanor, ethical work standards, and excellent communication skills are essential. We are looking for a results-driven individual who requires minimal direction. Insurance experience is preferred, but not required. Additional requirements: - Work ethic and integrity are a must, along with a strong data entry/customer service background and a great attitude.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multi-task, with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers.
- Candidates must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A willingness to learn and work in other areas as needed, while promoting a team environment.
Benefits This full-time position is typically 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Pay is based on qualifications and experience, generally starting at $20/hour.
