We are seeking Property & Casualty licensed insurance producers who would like assistance owning their own insurance business



If you have been selling insurance for an existing insurance agent or insurance company, and have wanted to start your own agency, but haven’t had the money to do so; this is the opportunity for you.



 



The Farmers Insurance Associate Broker program, also known as the Flex program, gives you the opportunity to take the experience you have gained selling insurance for someone else and start your own insurance business while working out of our client’s District Office. The Flex Program offers multiple bonuses and 3 years of financial support to help you grow your business. Here is a list of just some of the bonuses we offer:




  • $500 contract-signing bonus

  • Bonus for achieving Life and Health licensing

  • $500 of quality internet leads during training

  • $500 bonus after you complete sales training

  • 200% bonus of ALL of your commissions earned during your training (ex: sell $2,500 in commissions during training, earn a $5,000 bonus)

  • $2,500 opening bonus

  • Up to 200% bonus on ALL of your commissions during your first year (based on sales volume)

  • Additional sales bonuses throughout years 2 and 3 and beyond!

Associate Broker Requirements




  • Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance (can start with Personal Lines)

  • Willing to get Life & Health licensed within 3 weeks

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Must be able to have a minimal amount of capital available

  • Happy and friendly demeanor

  • Excitement for working with and helping others

  • Motivated by achievement and willingness to hit sales goals

  • Enjoys being on a team and contributing to the success of others

  • Self-motivated and systems-oriented

  • Willing to make mistakes and a desire to improve

  • Positive and encouraging personality
