- Five (5) years experience working in commercial claims is required. Relevant claims adjusting experience and/or building construction experience is also acceptable.
- Proficient is MS Excel, Word, and Power Point is required.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and XactContent is required.
- Proficient in common Social Media Platforms.
- Knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry and terminology is a must in order to effectively communicate with insurance carriers/adjusters.
- You must be articulate and communicate in an effective manner.
- Gathering information and developing recommendations on prospective insurance companies in order to build business is required.
- You must be able to be on-time, maintain accuracy, and complete claims in an expedite manner.
- The physical agility to do on-site inspections is required.
