We will count on you to:

Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organizations standards and SOPs
Perform investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement
Provide support to Team Manager / Senior Operations Manager where required
Interact with stakeholders, project managers etc. to ensure proper execution for flow of information on performance (daily, weekly,monthly), exceptions, process changes and new opportunities


What you need to have:

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in
any field


Fresh Graduates
are encouraged to apply
Good command in speaking and writing English
High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
Good communication and interpersonal skills
