• Close sales by contacting warm leads and conducting professional insurance consultations over the phone from our Allen, TX office


• Meet and exceed your sales goals by maximizing the resources we provide including our lead management system, rating system, customized education platform, and more


• Partner closely with your Sales Manager, Lead Generation team, and Client Care team to ensure sales goals are met and clients are protected


• Ensure clients are set up for long term success by cross selling additional insurance policies, upselling correct coverage levels, and resolving coverage gaps


• Represent our insurance carriers well by selling high quality business

• Valid General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license (or willingness to obtain insurance license)


• Willing to work in Allen, Texas


• Strong sales background in previous roles


• Insurance sales experience with industry leaders such as Geico, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, etc preferred


• Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written


• Comfortable with computers


• High level of motivation and desire to be #1
