Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients through market research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
Present and promote our insurance products and services effectively.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics to stay competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on our insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
Train and educate team members on product offerings and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
