We are looking to hire a new sales person to grow our existing customer base.

Job Description

• Must be able to generate new leads for home/auto/ commercial insurance prospects


• Heavy outbound phone activity


• Friendly upbeat positive attitude


• Ability to meet and achieve sales goals


•  Ability to network and nurture relationships with centers of influence


• Prior sales experience a must


•  Must be able to work well with others


• Entrepreneurial spirit a must.


• This is a hunter role..


• Not a customer service role.

Experience Required

• 2 years sales experience


• Experience in generating new clients either by phone or in person


• Prior insurance experience a plus


•  Established network in real estate/ mortgage or B2B sales.


• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license.

Compensation

•  Base plus generous commission.


•  Paid vacation and holidays


• Our Average sales person makes from 60-70k a year.
