Inside Sales Position (Houston, TX)



 



Compensation: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year based on salary + commissions + performance bonuses

Employment type: full-time

This position offers commissions + bonuses.

First-year Agents can earn $65,000-$130,000 per year on average. However, top agents can earn $100,000+ from the comfort of an office.



We are an Accident, Health and Life Insurance Agency locations in Rochester NY, and Atlanta Ga, expanding aggressively. As an agent, you will receive State-of-art training and support and will be provided every resource necessary to develop, grow and maintain your client base, including all your leads.

Agent Responsibilities




  • We challenge ourselves to be the number 1, provide first in class experience to our clients at every contact.

  •  Acquire and sell new business across all product lines (LEADS PROVIDED AT NO COST TO YOU)

  •  Build a client base within the agency that you will exclusively develop

  •  Grow that client base through referrals and client follow-up.

  •  Maintain/retain that client base via ongoing contact, follow up, drip marketing and personal contact. (All marketing programs, mail, etc. is paid for and developed by the agency)

  • NO CODE CALLING

  • The agent will work with Life or health insurance 



Requirements

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

An Accident, Health, and Life (AHL) Producer License is required for the position. Paid training is for those who currently do not have the license is available. The process takes approximately 2-3 weeks.



An ideal candidate has the following:




  • Can be able to talk on the phone for long periods of time

  • Is not afraid of rejection 

  •  Has a valid driver’s license

  •  Has an AHL license (not a must)

  •  Enjoys working in an office environment

  •  Great attitude

  •  Is compassionate

  •  Has an outgoing personality

  •  Strong computer skills

  •  Ability to multi-task

  •  Works well with peers

  •  Works well in a fast paced environment

  •  Works well under pressure

  •  Can close deals under pressure
