Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join on team! Someone who is able to multi-task, problem-solve, and deliver the best customer service to our clients in a high call volume workplace. This position has room for growth and incentives! Job Type: Full-time (Monday through Friday). In-Office
Responsibilities - Complete client intake and screening.
- Schedule new and established clients.
- Communicate with Psychiatry and Therapy Providers.
- Handle inbound calls and faxes, and answer patient questions.
- Connect with new patients via phone and email.
- Coordinate/Verify insurance Eligibility and Benefits insurance carriers.
- Assist the care team with department goals.
- Coordinate patient care.
- Provide additional support as needed to the team or department.
Requirements - Experience working in a high call volume setting such as a call center or front office.
- Strong Customer Service and Organizational Skills.
- Previous experience with Coordinating Patient Care and Referrals.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to type 45+ wpm.
- Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
